RESEARCH FUNDING
Research Grant at UNIMAS is a short-term research grant from one (1) to three (3) years and is fully funded by sources within UNIMAS. It is to encourage the generation of initial theories, concepts and ideas that can be the foundation or catalyst for new discoveries and innovative inventions that can expand the boundaries of knowledge and help in the niche research area of the respective Centres (PTj).
Funding for this scheme covers fundamental and applied areas that can support the development of the university’s niche research areas and institute or faculty niche research areas that are in line with the prominent research fields at the national level and the needs of the Sarawak state government.
All research grant applications at UNIMAS are made online through the iRIS system.
